“I learned about Vince through a recommendation from another fitness guru. Thinking that his claims about huge gains sounded crazy I subscribed to his newsletter and after reading his informative newsletters for a while I decided that this was the programme for me.
I wanted to see if Vince’s claims were actually true and if I was able achieve these amazing results. The challenge seemed like the right motivation for me to get started.
The transformation was a lot of hard work! But Vince’s motivational, informative and no nonsense style made it very simple and a lot easier to transform my body. With all the information easily accessible and instructions on how to do everything from when and what to eat to when and what to do physically all that was left for me to do was to JUST DO IT. And that I did with the support and help from Vince and the wonderful people on the online forum.
I started my transformation at:
Weight: 68.7 kg
Body Fat: 13%
Chest: 91 cm
Shoulders: 106
cm
Bicep: 32 cm
Thigh: 51 cm
Now I’m:
Weight: 82 kg
Body Fat: 6.6%
Chest: 101 cm
Shoulders: 122
cm
Bicep: 36 cm
Thigh: 58 cm
Now that I’ve transformed my body completely I feel a lot better, look a lot better, get more respect from men and more attention from girls. But that’s just the icing of the cake. Throughout this transformation I’ve learned so much about myself as a person and developed into a better person. The challenge taught me to be more confident, disciplined, to believe in what I do, and made me into a much happier and fun person. This didn’t just change my body, it changed my lifestyle and my person for the better! Thank you Vince."

“I began the biggest gainer contest a while back and made little results. I lost all motivation and became depressed, so I gave up. After reading No Nonsense Muscle Building prior to all of this, I had the knowledge, just not the drive.
College being my greatest obstacle, kept me from focusing on the body I always wanted. At the beginning of summer of 2009, I had a break from school, and I knew this was my chance. I refreshed myself with Vince's program, and took off.
The three months that followed were filled with nothing but 100% dedication. I believe that my skinny body, and Vince's non stop inspirational emails flooding my inbox, were the two things that kept me going. I couldn't believe how spot on my training and nutrition has been lately. I have made the best gains of my entire life, and it has changed my outlook on life in general.
I have so much more confidence in myself, when I'm around my friends, and more importantly, around women. My transformation has changed me as a person, not only physically, but mentally as well. My change as even impacted the people around me, and has inspired them to make life changing goals.
With school approaching, I can now face it with amazing confidence, knowing that I can succeed in anything I do, if I give it my all. Now with the stress coming, I know I can fight it and maintain my healthy lifestyle. I'm so excited to continue and achieve greater results. Thank you Vince! I couldn't have done it without you!

Again I can't thank you enough for how much you've impacted my life! It’s crazy what results you can get if you give it your all. I'm still kind of in shock with my results. ”

“I began the No-Nonsense Muscle building program because I intended to beat out the starting catcher for his job on my High school baseball team. I felt I needed to work out because I was a measly 137 pounds and had very little bat power and arm strength compared to others. I’ve tried other weight lifting programs, but had little results with them, and I felt little motivation to keep trying.
But then I found Vince Delmonte’s No-Nonsense Muscle building program. And I was amazed with the results. At first, I was a little frightened by the gargantuan amounts of food I’d have to eat and the amount of junk food I’d have to cut out of my diet, but after two weeks on Vince’s diet and workout plan, I didn’t just put on weight, I FELT healthier.
I was waking up early every morning to get in a few pushups, I was getting more things done, and I was even more motivated to study during the summer for my SATs. I felt stronger and better about myself. I realized how important the my diet plan was with the workouts. In my earlier attempts at weight lifting programs, I was not on any special diet program and I didn’t make too many gains.
But with this workout/diet program, two months in to it, I had gained almost twelve pounds! And it showed on the baseball field too. I am now 154 pounds and I am hitting balls harder and throwing farther than I ever have before.
Thanks to Vince Delmonte’s No-Nonsense Muscle building program, I have a solid shot at the starting catching job next season. My goal is to reach 177 lbs by end of Jan that would be 40lbs of muscle gained by Baseball season. Thanks for entering me in the contest. ”

“My name is Tim. I am a hard weight gainer and have been trying for years to gain weight.
I purchased your program back in the end of April 2009 for my 34th birthday. I had been working out off and on prior to this so I took a week off to rest like you suggested.
I started the No Nonsense Muscle Building 29 week beginner-intermediate program on May 4th 2009. Here are my before pictures (front and back) just before starting the first workout on that day. I weighed 265 lbs and 12% body fat at 6'2".
After 1 month, I
weighed 175 lbs and 13%
body fat.
After 2 months,
I weighed 180 lbs and 14%
body fat.
At the end of my 12 weeks, 3
months later, I weigh in
at 185 lbs and back down
to 13% body fat.
My biceps themselves went from 13 inches to 14.5 inches and still growing.
My diet is a lot better also, more rounded foods and more meals per day. I
look and feel healthier than I have ever felt. I am going down to see
family who have not seen me for 6 months. I can't wait to see what they
have to say. Thank you so much!”

“My biggest struggle before starting this program was definitely self
confidence in my physical self. The transition from high school to a larger
community at university was really really hard for this reason. Everyone was
bigger, stronger, faster etc.
I ordered No Nonsense muscle building program to build up confidence, not
just in the sporting context, but also in a social environment. I was angry
at my body and at my self for not getting the results I wanted despite
eating responsibly and playing a lot of sport as well as lifting weights.
But I never went in with a solid goal a solid plan as to how I was to attain
it.
No-Nonsense Muscle Building allowed me to do so. One of the hardest things
that I rarely hear about was overcoming the initial concerns of what I
looked like at the gym itself, where a vast majority were incredibly buff.
As time went on I started to overcome this, reminding myself that one day,
that guy that everyone envied in the gym would be me, and that for the time
being, I would have to just focus on myself, my exercises, and not worry
about what others thought. The occasional compliment from friends or females
(particularly friends of whom I haven't seen in months) is always a huge
boost to my ego, but just the gratification that I have in myself is
sufficient in making me far happier with my body than prior to Vince's No
Nonsense Muscle Building.”

“I used to think that if I work out once a week and do my daily push ups, eventually my muscles will just get bigger.
After graduation and for 3 months I did nothing but work out, eat right and get good rest. I did not even realize my progress, I would look in the mirror and see the same skinny me. I think that every one i know have called me skinny countless times and probably in 4 different language. Through out High School i weighed from 125-136 and 5 ft 10 inches which is unbelievably skinny.
I came back with 26 pounds of muscle on top of skinny me and everyone was
shocked with my result. It feels so good to know that they want to know how
i did it, how i become so ripped or swole. A couple weeks ago my Girlfriend
wanted to watch "New Moon" after all the talk about Taylor Lauttner (jacob
black) It feels so good to know that my Girlfriend likes my body more than
his. By the way, I’m not done yet.”

“Well, my names Tyler Martel an I live in Vancouver BC. I have been training for a few years now and I am 16 years old. The very reason I started training was because as a kid i was always chubby and overweight, since then i have come a very long way and make skinny guys look fat cause im soo ripped haha.
Before i got serious into training I was like everyone else, gym 3 times a week, not seeing too many results. Recently I have completed the in home fitness program P90X, worked ok for me but i am really looking to take my body to the next step and add some real size. Also, i am a very competitive BMX racer, I have been racing BMX since i was just a kid. Currently I am one of the fastest racers in Canada, and the world for my age, and have 100% motivation to get into that #1 spot, not only in Canada, but in the states and someday in the world, because i have huge potential to do so.
This year’s Canadian Championship race was a real bummer for me. It was helled in Kingston Ontario, but unfortunatley at that time was when i had my grade 10 final exams, this resulted in school comming first unfortunatley, so my main competition from Kelowna, Conner, took home the win which made me real pissed cause the kid is a real cocky bastard even to me. This now gives me more motivation to kick his ass even more next year. One of the world class riders who has come top 3 in the world including world #1 last year is from Kelowna Canada which is Conner, me and him are very back and forth in our racing, almost dead even soo you can see why i am soo committed to getting bigger stronger legs, and the upper body so i can push these bastards arrownd! Haha, as of now i am already the most muscular kid out there for my age but now its time for the next step to really shock these bastards and get them even more scared of me than what they are now! LOL! I hope 1 day i am on the world champion podium and I'll be thanking the man who helped get me there, Vince Delmonte!
It was funny man, the weekend that Conner came back from the World Championships in Austrailia, me and him had a big race for money, now keep in mind he came #3 in the world in Austrailia. He was smack talkin me saying how he was gunna kick my ass, but I knew in my mind that dick was goin down. And that night I smoked him every race and took home the cash. You should have seen the look on that kids face LMAO. I know in my mind, with the commitment to training and eating properly i have, I am definatley going to get alot faster. These guys i race will never have the commitment i do to actully working out, and training in general for racing. They are a bunch of sticks, I mean, there is the regular chucky kid out there, but noone has the power and muscle i have, and I am looking to improve alot more even.
Ever since I have completed the P90X program, i have gotten alot faster at racing and have gotten a lot more confident in myself. Everybody is amazed how far i have come in my phisque, also in my racing. A few people are starting to catch on to my training routines so this is what made me get on the search for a bigger, better program. The only real good leg workout in P90X was the Plyometrics, the leg and back day is pretty lame cause its all body weight squats. I am pretty sure in your program legs are going to be a good focus.
At the moment I am in need of gaining some pounds, currently i am about 5 11'', and 169, and about 5-6% body fat. But for some reason, it still seems like a have a little bit of belly fat the eventully once i start cutting i want to get rid of. I have set some new goals to go along with your program, eventully being a ripped 185-190, when i mean ripped i am meaning about 3-4 % body fat!
no joke! and definatley want to add some size, i want to b the only 16 year old arrownd that has this kind of body! Now i have some questions on this one, since i am at a low body fat already, i am thinking when bulking i will probably want to overshoot to about 200, what do you think? Dammit looks like its time to buy some new clothes haha! I'll attach some photos so you can take a look. ALSO, in Febuary me and my family are going to Mexico, do you think by then I can lean out a bit and have my killer size? Cause i dont think i am going to have to bulk for tooo long, but again i am not the expert.
My main motivation has been chicks, gotta keep your eye on the prize right! Haha! But also to be taken more seriously by everybody arrownd me who doesnt train or work as hard as I do.
I am hoping to be one of your youngest and greatest success storys man about adding some real muscle, because i am 100% commited to fitness and being healthy, and eating properly and nothing is going to stop me, and hope to 1 day to be a personal trainer like you! I am looking to finish the No Nonsence Building book by Monday, and hopfully going to start then. Anyways man get back to me when you can, im sure i will email you with some more questions when i get farther into the book, i am just on chapter 7 now. Im sure you get 50 of these emails a day so no rush on the response man!
I'll also take some more pics of myself, cause these were meant for the GF and i appear to look a little gay! Haha, AND I'll get more angles of my body.
Thanks Vince Looking forward to hearing from you!”
Cheers,
Tyler Martel

“The photos I sent the first one is what I looked like in Dec. before I began the program. The photo I attached is when was at about 12 weeks of the 4 day program.
One thing I didn't expect when I started getting results is all the comments about how good I looked, and just what the heck was I doing! I probably got more compliments in those 16 weeks than I have is 30+ years working out!
Mid-way through the 5 Day program, I had two gals who work out regularly at the gym - one actually competed- ask if I was getting ready for a competition! Now THAT'S saying lots about what I've transformed into!
What inspired me to even begin your program is something I read or heard you say, "If you're going to workout then have a game plan. Otherwise, you're wasting your time!" Well, it hit me. I had no game plan, I wasn't making any progress and boy those love handles just kept hanging around!
I decided that if I'm going to the gym let's make it worthwhile and let's get the belly fat and love handles another home!
I didn't realize what I was in store for or what the results would yield. I had used other programs but they just didn't fit my personality. For whatever reason I could relate to you - I too was a long distance runner in high school and a short period in college.
You know at one time I thought I was a hard gainer of muscle and a hard loser of body fat. It turns out I was neither - I simply didn't have the right game plan both workout and meal plan! Wonder how many who think they're hard gainers/hard losers really are in the same boat as me?!
My goal now that I'm <10BF is to pack on some lean muscle mass and see if I can give you a run for the money! LOL I'm in the home stretch, week 15 of the 5 Day Program. I've attached some photos - before and after.
Stats - Before - 170 lbs 18% BF (140 lbs of muscle and 30 lbs of fat)
After - 163lbs <10%BF. (150 lbs of muscle and 16 lbs of fat)
Gained 10 lbs of muscle and lost 14 lbs of fat!
My only disappointment is I didn't get to see the six pack. I am extremely happy in the body I've transformed into.

“You ROCK! OKAY…so the first pic…is the same that i submitted for the
competition (its me in Miami)….the second pic was taken 40 dayz ago…I live
in DELHI…which is the capital city of INDIA.
All right then…MY gains… they are enormous my friend…the biggest achievement
was loosing fat from my belly…boy that thing was huge!!…it was 35
3/4inches…and now its about 29 3/4…also my chest is now 40 inches…my biceps
have grown abt 2 1/2inches each….my calves and thighs have grown 1 1/2inch…
and my shoulder over 2inches…. and boy I feel gr8…. I still remember those
dayz wen i use to be in school and people said to me"dude!!
"Why don't you eat something…you are awfully skinny"..and that just didn't
stop at the school…my cousins (by the way who all have god gifted bodies)
also commented and teased me… it use to hurt like if somebody was pouring
acid into your heart…it hurts so bad…so den i decided to join the gym…but it
wasn't the solution…cause i made no gains what so ever there…i struggled for
more than an year…and the taunts came heavily on me this time.."OK !! so you
go to the gym now..but what do u do there…do they have customised plastic
dumbbells for u there..you look like you haven't eaten for dayz …and so on.
BUT I didn't quit there…i still kept on …and den one day..while surfing on
face book…i saw WHAT?? (no prize for guessing)… vince delmonte fitness
link…and my life just changed over night…i saw all his videos on the net…
and believe me…his techniques work like anything available on the web….and i
suggest Vince's upside down training and other packages …for all those hard
gainers out there!!
AND now no one dares to even speak to me without permission…
the chicks dig me!! (boy this was new)…and i am also entering the Mr India
contest in 2010…and guess what guys ..i am only 20 years …and i am damn sure
that I'll win it.
And like i said it was only possible because of this one guy…to whom i will
be greatfull all my life … my guru…"Vince Delmonte!! ANd Vince please let
me know wen my photo comes up on your website…

“Hey people, my names Chris, 19 years of age and from Wales (UK).
The story goes like this…I've always been keen on building muscle and
packing on some size. But this doesnt come easy when burning 1500
kcals twice a week whilst mountain biking. Therefore i had to prioritise my
goals and decided to invest in Vince's No Nonsense Muscle Building
Programme…
I believe that this 12 week transformation contest could have come at a
worse time due to starting a new life in university (college). Even with all
the distractions of socialising and alcohol, i managed to balance my
training and nutritional programme thanks to the expert guidance of Vince's
programme.
I started the 12 week transformation at 148lbs and 11% body fat, I'm now at
157lbs and 9% body fat. In addition to adding muscle and losing fat, my
strength increased greatly in large compound exercises like squats. I
started at 6 reps on 80kg, now im squatting 105kg for 3 reps (in as little
as 12 short weeks).
Thanks, Vince, for providing me with the tools to get the job done!”

“Before I began your program, I was a regular at the gym... Your program taught me the true meaning of the word intensity, so I implemented your ideas and routines in the gym, and I got RESULTS.
My diet consisted of “trying to eat healthy” Following your program, I learned what to eat, how to eat, how to follow a compliance rule, and how to increase my meal frequency. This was by far the biggest hurdle for me, however I am sure was the most important step for me, and I got RESULTS.
Through your program, I now fully understand how cardio is a tool to maximize my level of fitness.
Finally, your program has the BEST motivational support I have ever experienced. I received e-mails from you which inspired me to STAY ON TRACK, something I have never been able to do before. Every direct question that I asked was answered promptly. Your blog, your discussion boards, your emails, your Facebook posts, your Twitter posts, they all kept the fire burning, and kept me wanting to improve.
My waist has shrunk by 4 ½ inches (I had to buy new pants J).
I feel on top of the world because I made a decision to get lean and fit,
followed my plan, and hit my goal. I have had numerous people ask me what I
am doing to achieve these results, for advice, and have received many
compliments in general regarding my transformation.
I can now go into any situation with much more confidence, and I feel comfortable, alive, the way I am supposed to feel.”

“My greatest obstacle in the last three months was, really, myself. I’ve
been overweight my entire life, but have always aspired to be lean and
muscular. Subconsciously, though, I felt that no matter how hard I tried I
was simply fat, and there was nothing I could do about it.
After years of, what seemed to be, pointless training (which I now view as a
learning experience), I came across you and your great programs. Well, to
say the least, my world has been turned upside down. All the bodybuilding
myths and misconceptions were instantly dissolved. I finally gained a
clearer focus on what I should and shouldn’t be doing. You gave me the
knowledge and tools to succeed and excel toward my goals.
You are a walking billboard of success- which is what truly sold me on your
products. The fact that you practice what you teach is both inspiring and
motivational. You took your genetics, defied them and proved there are no
limits to what one can achieve. I recall something you said, in an
e-mail/newsletter from the beginning of this year, “If I want to change then
I have to stop being me.” I studied your words daily in my office, and it
stuck with me. Without that quote I don’t know where I would be or if I
would have been able to come this far. To me, it meant if wanted to be a
lean muscular guy, I had to stop behaving (eating & exercising) as though I
were overweight. So I took action, made some sacrifices and eliminated foods
that were hindering my progress.
I paired your nutritional guidelines with a specific meal plan and stuck to
it. I kept my weight training short, yet heavy with high reps, and always
intense. I used the fasted cardio technique in the morning on my off days,
and at least four nighttime cardio sessions during the week. That’s how I
did it! However, without your program I would still be that same guy in the
“before” picture who was afraid to take his shirt off at the beach.
Thanks, Vince, from the bottom of my heart. You have not only helped me
achieve my fitness goals, but my health goals as well. That’s something I
can take with me the rest of my life!”

“I am 70 years old and I started training about 18 months ago, in order to
get rid of the fat round my midrift, which had appeared since
I started your beginner - intermediate 29 week programme four weeks ago, and
I am impressed with the results.
The biggest boost I get by excercising and eating sensibly is
that I am retarding the aging process, nobody believes that I am seventy, by
big aim in life is keep fit and see my grand kids grown up.”

“I went from 120 lbs to 137 lbs in 10 weeks. I haven't finished the 12 week set because I was moving around and starting a new job, but the results have been amazing…
Majority of the weight gain has been in the upper body, the back, the chest and mostly my legs and butt. Ever since I read your book I was fascinated by how rigorous and scientific it was, I had tried going to the gym multiple times but like you stated in your book, gave up on it because I was not making any gains and because I did not know what I was doing.
Anyways, I am close to getting 150lbs. Close friends and family have already noticed it, and most importantly, I have noticed women now notice me more…
I am using your book and strategy as part of a total transformation of not only by body but also myself in terms of self-esteem and personal goals.
The one thing that has made it possible for me to be successful has been the eating routine. I loved to eat before I started your program, but all the calories I consumed where wasted in my body because I did not use them. I think the fact that I have made so much progress has had to do with my passion for cooking and eating. To tell you frankly I do not follow your day-by-day menu, but I do follow the principles set up for caloric intake and when to consume what kinds of calories.

“Vince, First, I want to extend my deepest thanks for your dedication in helping us “hard-gainers” get the physical results we’ve longed for.Your program is one of the very few things, in a world saturated with false guarantees and over-hype, that truly delivers on what it promises.
Your research, techniques, suggestions, and inspiration has made it possible for me to finally achieve the results (which I had abandoned hope of ever reaching many times in the past) that have positively impacted so many facets of my life.
I now feel that I am the man I always envisioned I would one day become. But like you, it all began with dissatisfaction in the skinny, scrawny guy I used to see in the mirror.
I had always been a lean guy. I attributed it to all the sports I played and it wasn’t a factor until around the time when I noticed my fellow guy friends begin developing muscular bodies. I began to get frustrated when, despite all my efforts, I still weighed and looked the same. Compound this with comments from girls about how skinny I was and the inheritance of the “Skinley” nickname I loathed (a play on my last name) and you can see how I quickly became desperate.
I tried talking to built guys at the gym to find out what they were doing, read several body-building magazines, and took all types of supplements. But at the end of the day, they all amounted to nothing. I was still the 5’ 10”130lb skinny, frustrated, and unsatisfied guy that I had always been. So, I decided that I would start searching for someone who “specialized” in helping skinny guys like me bulk up.
My search led me to your program. After reading your testimonial, I began to get a renewed sense that there was hope for me yet. I was still somewhat skeptical that it would work for me, since I was 25 and had the same body I had when I was 16, but your motivation inspired me to give it a shot. It wasn’t long before I realized that my doubts were dead wrong.
After devouring your No-Nonsense Muscle Building manual, I began with the Upside-Down training and within 4-5 weeks I had put on 12lbs of muscle. Needless to say I was somewhat in disbelief. For the first time in my life I was actually putting on muscle! After getting into the core muscle building program, I was without words when at the end 12 weeks I had put on another 13 lbs of muscle! And trust me, people noticed!
I can’t even express how it felt for me, a guy who had given up on ever getting a muscular body, to put on 25 lbs of muscle in such a short time. My confidence is through the roof and now I don’t feel ashamed to take off my shirt in front of people. I now walk with my head held high. My life has forever changed and I’m so grateful for your hard work and dedication in putting together a program that has no equal.”
My greatest thanks,

“It's Alex McKerrow, I sent you an Email January 31st saying that I was
going to transform my body naturally. Guess what? I did. I know your time is
limited so I'm going to cut to the chase. I used your 12 week Defeat Skinny
Guy Genetics program from bodybuilding.com. I took a week break every four
weeks to make sure I didn't overtrain and the results are in. Starting out I
weighed 154lbs at 9% body fat. Now I'm 171lbs 10% body fat.
Only supplement I used regularly was Prolab's N-Large II, starting last
month I started using Prolab Creatine too. Other than that just ate healthy,
slept, trained, and made sure to take a multi-vitamin. The pictures I sent
are from today, not that great of a trasformation for what I gained, but my
strength has gone up alot.
Biggest gain, underhand bent over rows: started at 4x4 - at 145 struggling,
now 4x4 - 195 with great control. Overall my biggest inspirations were you
and Steve Reeves. Full body workouts all the way!”

“I enjoy a challenge of any kind and over the years I have engage in many such challenges in both sports and other activities. I returned to school in my thirties and graduated with a degree in Education from the University of Alberta. When I developed knee problems. I consulted with a Sports Medicine Doctor, and he diagnosed arthritis and suggested I get back into weight training, the best thing that that I have ever done. I was able to strengthen the connective tissue around the knee joints, and maintain muscle tone, this sustained me for about fifteen years. Eventually I had both knees replaced.
I had reach a plateau with my fitness training, and at that time, December, 2008, I decided to take a different approach. I was advised to check out Vince’s web site, I found it very interesting due to the fact that it was largely based on his own experiences and theory backed by an Honours degree in Kinesiology.
You take personal responsible for your own progress, continuously challenging the body. I have always felt that you should put ‘can’t’ on one side, because I have always been of the opinion that if another person do it so can I.
I like the analogy of the wheel, the spokes representing all your interests and the hub a fit physical body, without which you would not able be to operate at optimum level.
My chronological age is 79 and my biological age is somewhat lower I would urge all those that have reach retirement that now is the time for you to pay more attention to fitness. Sooner would be much better. I personally feel that I have an obligation to keep fit and that medicine should change its emphasis from traditional methods to a balance with that of prevention and fitness. I am ready now to move forward into the next phase of the program after increasing the size of my upper chest, arms, thighs and calve.

“I wasted a lot of money on supplements. I really were sick and tired for
all the programs I’ve tried and all hope were lost. I stopped with athletics
and I started gaining fat and wasn't happy about it. So I made new goals for
2010 and discovered your amazing book. I told myself to give it a try and
see what happens. And still today it really was one of the best choices i
made in my life. I'm standing today tall and my head up with an amazing 200
lbs of muscle. I’ve gain 11 pounds of lean muscle mass and lost some fat
without any cardio at all. My friends were shocked to see how fast I’ve gain
weight and start to ask for tips he he. Thanx again Vince for your amazing
advice and training program I would definitely recommend it for any person
who wants some serious results!!!”

“I have been using the NNMB program for 12 weeks now. When I started to
browse the internet for all kinds of tips and tricks on how to gain muscle,
my brother accidentally found an advert for NNMB and boy did that mouse
click change my life. I used to be like everyone else, not really knowing
what I was doing in the gym month after month busting my ass on the gym and
not really getting any gains.
So I started to read your book and page after page I was more motivated and
more convinced that even skinny guys can build muscle in a short period of
time. The information was simple yet efficient, sometimes I literally
laughed out loud how logical all this information was. One of the best
things is that I have now become the "go to guy" for anything related to
eating or training and I love it! All the nice comments and questions about
my new physique is just making me more and more motivated to be in the best
condition of my life. My most sincere thanks to you Vince! Without you I
would still be a skinny guy trying to build a body that seems impossible. ”

“Hey Vince, I did it! I finished the beginner program and I am so impressed
with my results and finally finishing a program and staying in the gym
longer than 3 months without giving up.
It was hard work and I have learned alot about my body, nutrition and what
it takes to really build muscle. To update you, i started this program at a
measly 162lbs and was quite scrawny. Now, after the first 24 weeks, i have
packed on 28lbs and am currently sitting at 190lbs!!
I am now on my recovery week and preparing for the Advanced stage of your
program. My new goal is to get up to 205-210lbs before i start your cutting
program. I have received numerous compliments and some personal trainers at
the gym have asked me if i am taking steriods!(which i am not).
I am grateful for your program, advice and continued support with youtube
vids and blog postings. I can't wait to get going on the next stage and see
how much more I can grow! Hope i can make your website and encourage others
out there that it is possible! Thanks again Vince,Your friend and
supporter,”

“Well it's been 12 weeks buddy and I have seen a huge change in the way I
look and feel. Everybody is commenting on how good I look.
I was 110 kgs and had a low self esteem. I've got two young kids and knew
that I was heading towards heart attack territory. I wanted to feel better
about myself, look good and be fitter and stronger.
Your program definitely has helped me achieve these goals. I had been going
to a gym sporadically but never wrote down what I was lifting and never
improved my strength and didn't lose any weight. I had a terrible diet and
drank too much alcohol.
I decided enough was enough so did some research on the internet about what
I should do. I found your site, like what I read and decided to purchase the
abs program. The first few weeks I found really challenging but got better
quite quickly as I kept at it. I found very soon that I was looking forward
to my workouts and didn't want to skip any days. I cleaned up my diet (ran
at about 85% clean) and trained hard. The weight has shredded off me as you
can see in the photos.
I think in another 12 weeks I will look quite lean and muscular. I am very
excited about that. My confidence has skyrocketed, I feel strong and love
running into people who haven't seen me for 6 months or so and the comments
I receive from everybody.
As a side effect my wife has lost about 10 kilos as well as she has been
eating a similar clean diet to myself. My energy levels are huge and I
actually like looking at myself in the mirror again (my wife thinks maybe a
little too much!!).
My biggest obstacle with the last 12 weeks was always been able to find the
hour needed to go to the gym. But I found as I enjoyed the program more I
was happy getting up an hour earlier and starting my day with an intense
workout. It actually put me in a great mood for the day.
Vince, a big thank you to you for writing this excellent workout program.
The difference in me in just 12 short weeks has been nothing short of
amazing. I've dropped two pants sizes!! I can't wait for summer here
(currently autumn moving to winter) so I can go to the beach and happily be
without my shirt. I don't mind if I don't win the body transformation
contest but am very proud of my achievements and am happy to tell everybody.
Vince, I can't thank you enough mate.”

“After and exhausting football season and losing 13 pounds of muscle I was
skinner than ever. I started to use your program and I got excellent
results. I am now more ripped than ever. Girls
keep telling me compliments about how I look shirtless. I
know I am not the biggest guy, I am around 142 pounds but my BF is around
7%.
Half of the guys in the school wish to have my physique, seriously.
They always bother me saying that I use steroids. I
am very happy with what I have achieved. My strength has gone up. Guys in
the gym keep asking me for my diet and my routine. I am feeling greater than
ever and I look better than ever. Here are some pictures of how I looked
before and after. By the way, your full body routine is simply amazing, I
cannot find a better one.
I have been literally busting my !#!$ to get were I am now. The way is not
easy, but the results worth it. Your program has taught me how to eat, what
to eat and when. Now I know what works for me and what does not.”

“WELL I AM FROM A LITTLE TOWN NEGOTIN. YOUR BOOK HELPED MY BEACOUS YOUR ADVICES I DID NOT KNOW FOR A LONG LOST TIME.
IN THE FIRST PICTURE J WAS ABOUT 220, AFTER 16 WEEKS OF DIETING AND TRAINING WITH VINCE DELMONTE’S NO NONSENSE MUSCLE, I BECAME ABOUT 160 BUT MUSCLE.
MY TRANSFORMACION HELPED MY TO GAIN SELF CONFIDENCE AND TO BELLIVE IN MY GOALS! SORRY FOR SPELING.”

“Hello, I am Alexander Shishev. I live in Sofia the capital city of Bulgaria (country situated on the Balkan Peninsula).
I've gained 7kg of muscule (I think it's about 16 pounds in your metrics
system) for 1 year. I've also lost a lot of fat so I can see my six
pack clearly now.
I think that the biggest benefit of changing my body is that I feel in a very good shape and I'm always full of energy. Before I started training according to Vince DelMonte's advices I felt tired and my workouts were very hard for me. I also had a lack of appetite. That's why I was training hard but I didn't make any progress.
Now I'm gaining mass and shaping my body very easy thanks to my new coach.
I'm very happy with my new body - all of my friends see the difference and
ask me how did I do it. I've shared my secret with them and they also have
great results in the GYM. I recommend this program to everybody who's tired
of wasting their time in useless routines and want to really make a good
progress. Wish you luck, A.Shishev.”

“Your program introduced me to a brand new way of working out. There was a lot of stress put on my body but week after week the stress paid off in my great results.
At first I worked out with no knowledge for about 4-5 months and that got me to only 5 pounds in muscle gain. Then when I got your book I learned how diet and eating an excess amount of calories was very important. I never knew that since I was a newbie and know after eating endless amounts of food and training hard I got the results.
Biggest benefit would be self confidence since know I can walk
around school with my head up high and feel successful, and talking to woman
is a breeze. In a 12 week cycle the most that I have gained would
be around 35 pounds. Then when I got to around 162 I gained 17 pounds after
that. Still on my way to the big 200. Thanks Vince”

“Before stats: 117 lbs,
18.6% body fat
After stats: 115 lbs, 14 % body fat
Gained 4 lbs of PURE muscle!
I’m aware that most people looking at my before and after pictures might not notice a big difference (in fact weight has not changed much, but body fat percentage has dropped). But I have noticed the difference and that is why I decided to enter this contest.
Before, well being called skinny is not as flattering as it may sound. And quite frankly, I got tired of hearing people say that to me. My goal was--is--to build some muscle; have a more lean and toned body, including that coveted defined abs; and to gain strength. I know I am on my way to reaching those goals, in fact have, but I’m a firm believer that there is always room for improvement.
Today, I can honestly say I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been, even compared to my teens and twenties. I am 34, and before I started working out I could not even do a single push-up. Now I can even do full-on elevated push-ups, 6 sets of 10 reps, in between high intensity jump rope intervals. I can even do a few chin-ups, which I could never get near before. The weights I’ve been able to lift, I never even imagined I could, or would. I guess I had a somewhat typical mindset before, I don’t want to bulk so I won’t go heavy. Not anymore!
I love being one of the very few females in the weight section at the gym, and love even more the looks I get when I pick-up a 65 lb. barbell for a dead lift. Now, I have more energy, more stamina, and perhaps even more importantly, more confidence. I can’t wait to see the results after the next 12 weeks. Thanks and good luck to all.”

“To be honest, I didn't put myself forward for the 12 week contest as I saw some of the other contestants and didn't think I had a chance, also i probably would've taken the fact that I wasn't going to win as a negative, even though I am really happy with my results and the way I look now!
Well what can I say, the last 12 weeks have turned my world upside down!
I've been going to gym for a few years, but this was what I SHOULD'VE been
doing, If only I had found Vince's program earlier!
I started off wanting to gain some muscle and put on some size but after reading Vince's book and talking to few people on the forum, I realized I needed to lose some bodyfat first, especially as my bodyfat was 24.7%! So I decided to get Vince's Six Pack Quest and go for it!
I can honestly say that this was one of the hardest things I have done, but
the results are just brilliant.
Vince has literally changed my life…everything from the way I think, to how
I workout and eat!
I know alot of people probably say that, but trust me it's true, If I had
the money I would definitely get a flight to Canada to meet the man! What an
Inspiration!!!
I have to say, alot of credit also has to go to guys on the forum as well, especially Shannon Clark & Retirement Coach, who were always on hand with brilliant advice, tips and much needed motivation when you hit the wall or had some serious food cravings!
The meal plans were fantastic…no need to think anymore…it's all done for
you! After the last 12 weeks of hard work, I've treated myself to a week off
and am now on the 2nd week of the 5 day program… gonna see this one through
before I hit the No Nonsense Muscle Building in a couple of weeks! Cant
wait!
One thing comes to mind when I look back at this program……INTENSITY, INTENSITY & more INTENSITY!!!!
Here's my stats:
June 14th
Weight: 81kg
Bodyfat 24.7%
Neck: 17inch
Waist: 34inch
Aug 29th
Weight: 68kg
Bodyfat 11%
Neck: 14.5inch
Waist: 29inch
Lost 13 lbs of fat

“70kgs to 74kgs, so gained 4 kgs
Chest before – 97cm Chest after – 106cm
The biggest challenge I encountered was variety within my training. I find it very easy to fall into a rut and perform the same exercises day in day out. Thanks to many helpful tips from Vince i was able to keep the sessions interesting and varied – which in turn motivated me to train harder as each session was a new challenge.
The biggest benefit i have gained has been massively increased self confidence. I can now walk down the street with my head held high. I can go to the gym and not feel like the outsider.
One of my other biggest challenges was those grueling ice cold post workout showers, but I'm still here 12 weeks later ;)
Cheers Vince.”

“My starting weight was 139. My body fat was 9%. I have always struggled to see real results. Without discovoring this program I would probably still be a tiny bony 139 pounder but since I started this program I am now 160 pounds!!! And I'm still in my bulking phase so I'll soon be cut and shredded and this was worth every dollar I spent. Hands down the best investment I've ever made!”

Entering the 12-week Transformation Contest was definitely not something I'd ever thought I'd do. When I received Vince's email about the contest I was at a point of total lack-of-inspiration. I'm a 46 year-old wife and mother of 3 teenagers. Working out has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
As a teenager I used to put my Jane Fonda album on and do donkey kicks and fire hydrants. I sweated to the oldies, and did step aerobics in my living room with all 3 of my kids following along. I spent countless hours and hours trying to achieve what I never seemed to be able to quite achieve. I just couldn't understand why it wasn't working.
10 years ago I met my first trainer, Mike. My first session with Mike was a real eye opener. I couldn't believe that that was how I was suppose to work out. Needless to say, I started getting results I thought I'd never get. So over the years I've had different trainers but over the past year I've been training on my own. I have to say I got totally bored. I was on the verge of taking a break when I received Vince's email on his 12-week Transformation Contest. I didn't join in right away, but I thought about it. Then one day I got another email from Vince and I got inspired. I'm not sure what it was... maybe one of his video coaching sessions (which I LOVE!!) that suddenly hit me, but I figured I had nothing to lose.
So on August 27 I jumped in. I told just about everyone I knew that I was doing this transformation contest. I figured if I told people about it I'd have to follow through. That totally made the difference. Being accountable again gave me the inspiration I've been lacking this past year.
Doing Vince's No-Nonsense Body Shaping Program these past 10 weeks has definitely given me the boost I needed.Following his program has been the change in my routine that my body has needed to jump start me to the next level. It put me back on track and that means more to me than I can say.

I lost 5 1/2" total. I'm ecstatic about it. I know it's not a huge # but for me it's a personal best. I entered this contest purely for selfish reasons. I didn't and don't think about the money prize. The real prize is that I became motivated again and I feel better at 46 than I've ever felt in my life. If only I knew Vince 25 years ago... haha (he was probably only 1 or 2 then). But I'm so thankful I found him and I know I can achieve anything I set my mind to. It's never too late!!!!!

Dear Vince, I would like to personally thank you for showing me the light to nutrition and training, allowing me to take the next step to achieving my ultimate body and mind by educating me with such knowledge.
As a child I had always enjoyed my food way too much and lived through my early years with kg attached to my waist line. As the years went on, I grew taller but retained all my abdominal fat. I was the typical skinny fat guy, much like you describe yourself in your early years when you used to compete in long distance events.
As of twelve weeks ago, i was approximately 18 percent body fat and completely un-satisfied with my efforts of trying to put on muscle previously in the year. This attempt only resulted in my putting on kg's, and not the clean muscle type of weight i was hoping. I had completely disregarded the type and timing of my calorie intake, resulting to me making bad choices in food at bad times throughout the day, thinking that it wouldnt effect me.
Since then, namely after using Vince's my six pack quest training and nutritional guidelines, I've corrected my nutritional intake (which i believe is truely 95% of the process, the other 5% being training) and applied to principals of progressive overload in a manner focusing on technique, rather than trying to impress others by weights I could push in the gym. This resulted in my achieving a body fat percentage of slightly under 10 to this day, reaching my goal of single digit body fat.
I feel much more confident about my self image these days and I'm extremely satisfied with the thought that after this, I can achieve anything I set my mind to. The biggest benefit of challenging myself in a process like this, irrelevant of the financial rewards offered at the end, is this belief and knowledge that nothing is out of reach, no matter what anyone says.
In the future after having a well deserved week off, I'm looking to get caught up in the fascination of muscle building, aiming to do it 'the right way' this time, as opposed to my previous efforts. I will use Vince's 29 beginner program to insane muscle gain (again), knowing now that it is my input into the training, nutrition and recovery process that will get me the results, not the program on its own.

Vince's program is one of the best investments you'll ever make! I have learned how to make the absolute most of each and every visit to the gym. The quality and focus of my workouts is better than ever before. I am so happy with the amazing changes that have taken place in my body!
I went from skinny fat....to lean, toned and sexy! I'm working hard, and lifting quite a lot....but all the women out their should know....it won't make you look bulky! If you are willing to put the information that Vince gives you into play, and give it 100 percent....the changes you can make are astounding!
I'm sending you a few pics....there really aren't any really bad before pics.....I was just skinny fat.....If you can crop out my friend if you use it...great! I don't know if they will help, because the average person thought I looked great...but I know the difference!

Using the principles of Your Six Pack Quest and No Nonsense Muscle Building, I was able to go from 195 to 179 in a matter of 12 weeks. My waist went from 33 to just under 30. I've been noticing veins and cuts I've never seen before!
For the first time in my life I had people coming up to me in the gym asking what kind of supplements I take!
I was also asked if I compete in bodybuilding and fitness expos. I don't, but my new transformation has given me the motivation to try and be the best I can possibly be and I have signed up to compete in my first show. Thanks for all the info and great tips Vince.
Recent Update:
This is Andy Spruill writing here to let you know I just competed in
a bodybuilding and Men's Physique competition on september 13th. I got
second place in the physique contest which was awesome, but i didnt place in
the bodybuilding competition.
Although the judges told me I had great stage presence with a lot of confidence and that I am a "crowd pleaser". ha. They were also impressed with my definition and asked who does my diet, which I do myself, with the help from your programs. They told me since I'm pretty tall for a bodybuilder (6'0) that I need to put on more mass to complement my height. Anyways, i've attached some pics for you to see since I used all the principles from YSPQ to get ready for this comp. I have a testimonial on the web site so you can use a pic to add to that if you want. I'll talk to you soon.

“My whole life I've been ultra skinny and bony, always have been told "Your parents are also skinny, there's nothing you can do about it", and that's also the excuse I told other people every time they said "Damn! Look at your arms! They are so bony!", or even to myself, whenever I looked in the mirror and could count pretty much every bone my body had.. I hated summer and going to the beach because I had to wear t-shirts, or clothing that made me show my body in general, and I was even bullied on my 10th grade because of my skininess.
Until one day, I told myself "That's enough! I WANT to change, and so I'm
GOING to change!", and I started looking almost obsessively on the internet
for answers, which was when I found ,Vince's program, which gave me hope, as
I saw someone whose past I could relate to, get one thing I always wanted,
rock-hard muscle! If there is one value I have learned from Vince's program,
is COMMITMENT!
I've improved every aspect of my life besides my body, including grades,
relationships, and maturity ever since I started his program, he got me on
my tracks! So there is nothing that can express my gratitude to Vince for
changing me, I guess I'll have to settle with a simple THANK YOU!”

I really loved this program and definitely noticed the difference after switching from my typical 3x10 workouts and slow boring running. I, like Vince, loved to do distance running and that coupled with my very fast metabolism has always kept me skinny. However what bothered me the most was that my stomach still bulged out even though I was very skinny which I discovered was due to visceral fat from my bad eating habits.
I bought the No
Nonsense Muscle Building Program last
May and used it throughout the summer and gained a little over 10 pounds of
muscle which isn't a ton considering what Vince did but considering
that before then I hadn't been able to make any gains at all I was content.
I really started focusing on interval cardio and kicking up the intensity in
my workouts and I can happily say that looking at my
after pictures has really made all the hard work worth it!

“After being told that I could not run for five weeks, my cross country
season had come to an end. I became interested again in lifting weights and
bulking up. So I did some research and came across Vince Del Monte’s name.
It turns out he was also a runner and transformed his body drastically in a
short amount of time. I became inspired and my desire to have a better body
kept me determined to reach my goals. I worked out hard for 4 days a week (
2 upper body, 2 lower body) no longer than 90 minutes at a time and tried to
limit my cardio. I took in a massive 4,000-6,000 calories daily until I
reached my goal…(I’m still not there yet…want to get up to 190-”solid
muscle” after Track Season).
Anyway, my strength gains were tremendous when I followed Vince’s full-body
weight training workouts and the changes that took place have made me more
confident in myself. After this transformation, I have realized that in the
future, I am very interested in a career exercise and nutrition ---Thanks
for being an inspiration Vince…you’ve changed my life forever. Now I am a
member of the 2010 Gahanna Lincoln Track Team (running healthy at 156

“I used to be over 190lb, and I'm about 175lb right now, and I've still got
a good probably 15lbs to go to get to that 5% pure shredded level. What I
achieved so far is purely just from using your diet principles, and the Body
weight conditioning circuit in UDT, and the ab circuit (with slight
variation) from UDT, and a little bit of cardio, which is usually high
intensity, when I do it. Seriously, I believe, all you need is to diet, and
do that body weight circuit to get in great shape, that thing is killer,
especially with very little resting throughout each cycle. Doing more is
just Bonus.
Thanks Vince, your book has totally given me the knowledge and motivation to
achieve optimal health, and I look forward to getting more of it. ”

“I've been using “no nonscensce muscle building” and in the last 12 weeks:
I've lost fat, gained muscle, got stronger.
Also i'm pretty awesomely ripped! Vince, I think even you might be
impressed! What might be worth noting is that I measured my body fat
electronically, and it seems to have given me a higher percentage in both
before and after shots than I look to have. ”

“Before purchasing your program I had no clue on what exercises to do and I
just wasted alot of time in the gym doing alot of the wrong exercises. I
wasn't making any gains and I was really getting frustrated. I ended up
purchasing your program on your birthday special, which was really awesome.
It really changed my whole perspective on training. I love the online forums
as I am making and motivating others to make success like I am myself.
With your program, I have a huge increase in strength and since starting
your program my co-workers have noticed the increase in the mass of muscle
I've been gaining within these three months. I have learned how to properly
recover, better sleep, improved my eating habits, and using the correct form
with the exercises. I am having a blast with the program and I can't thank
you enough!!! Things are starting to turn around for me and I can't wait
until the end result!!! You've taught me to believe in myself and train hard
to acheive the success that other guys don't want to do! I've earned alot of
respect from my peers and I keep myself motivated through the forums and
committing to what I do to stick with it! I've even inspired some people on
the forums as well as in my personal life.”

I DID IT!*
The past 90 days have been an amazing challenge and have taught me to stick
to my guns – no matter what! I have transformed physically and most
importantly mentally, and have in this process learned to love the skin I am
in – finally at 34.
I have been working out for years – but never had such remarkable results.
I have had excellent muscle gain and lost centimetres in all the right places.
The work-outs were my favourite– I really looked forward to my time in the gym. The daily split training ensured that I never felt over-trained.
The eating – I was in awe with the fact that I could consume so much food, and loose body fat, this was literally science in action. I discovered that I had in fact been depriving my body, for the level of activity I was doing. My husband would often comment in shock after seeing my mountain of food, but was even more surprised when the fat started to melt away. I never went hungry, something you usually associate with dieting. I will stick to this formula for life.
Was
it a challenge? Absolutely, it wouldn’t be as rewarding if it wasn’t. For
the first time I was 100% committed to a program. So much so that I booked a
photo shoot, to ensure I was accountable because at the end of the day the
camera doesn’t lie!
I am proud that I overcame so many challenges along the way, including a death in the family, my niece’s birthday and two office birthday parties and one week with family staying from out of town…whew! I would like to congratulate all my fellow transformers on their success too. You will know the elation I feel right now.
Thank you Vince, you have devised a program that has literally changed my
life and I sincerely thank you for that. This has been an inspiring journey!

“I’m using your program as good as i can at my home-gym and i just wanted to
let you know that i make huge steps forward.
My dates when i started were :
Chest 35 inch
belly 33 inch
waist 30 inch
arm 13 inch
My weight was 150lbs
Now after 2 month:
Chest 37 inch
belly 30 inch
waist 28 inch
arm 14 inch
My new weight is 141 lbs
Thx again because my life changed so much since i started NNMB.”

“Despite training 3 - 4 times a week in the gym I couldn't gain any muscle,
it was very demotivating to train to the point of total fatigue and yet not
see any results.
I eventually turned to popular bodybuilding magazines for answers but this
only made matters worse because I couldnt afford all the recommended
supplements which they said were necessary and when
I managed to save up for them I found they didnt work anyway. I was about to
give up when I saw Vince's site advertised and figured I would give it a
try.
I wanted to prove to myself that I was capable of changing my
physique.
I think you can see in the photos how much muscle I put on. I started with a
typical ectomorph frame of 76kg which now appears a far more muscular 86kg
and I can now say I'm proud of the way I look. My strength gains were much
greater than I expected, for example, I increased my bench from 60kg to 90kg
on crash sets in the 12 week period.”
